The way I see it is if both folks doing that side shyt and know they're in the wrong behind anybody's back, both of them are accountable. That just shows no respect for your world as a human being. Isn't that just basic?
But smh at that dude trying to explain his logic to the police. It's against the law one way or another, you can't convince them to take your side, especially when it's doing someone else harm. A traffic ticket, sure, but threatening somebody prior to that and making them do something or suffer violent consequences isn't going to fly.
