agree w/ most of what you said. E was building towards his piece o pie for the last 2-3 years though. lets not make him turtle who got to run an agency out of the blue. he worked hard for vince at the risk of his friendship.
and Terrence dumb ass thought he was worth too much. started making demands and got ny undercovered in favor of a better actor.

That was up until about season 4. lol That was when I think the writers just ran out of steam. Entourage was never a nonstop, laugh out loud, sitcom, but it was still funny. But the second half of the series, I would literally sit there like 
It was like still kickin it with a girl when you know you're going to break up with her soon. She's wack, you're in denial about it but still got a lil love for her. lol
The show was still my shyt. It was ill to see a slice of that life you wonder about but dont really know the ins and outs of. I cant wait to see the flick.

1st NO-ID is talented, he can produce, as you said he mentored Kanye and was in the business, Ta Ta seems to be intelligent and capable of doing his job, yes he was put in place by Jay, but he rose to the occasion and made it, E is a pizza boy, no education at all, his girl gets him a high profile job with her father company and her father says what have you done for yourself beside Vince when he wanted to marry Sloan , E quits and she gets him another job with Murray, remember the Murphy group? He failed Bow wow and shrugged off and went back to bed with that ugly girl he was dating. Working with Drama he gets nowhere and LlOYD gets him his break. Bob Saget joins him for no reason when he worked with Murray yet Scott tells him the plan he is going to take over the group, he rode Scotts back and did that. Agian did he go to school to learn management, no he just used Vince when he did something. Turtle is the biggest piece of crap i have ever seen on tv, a bum who just bought sneakers and leached off Vince, he goes to school after everyone makes fun off for doing nothing while he is out there, yet limo company down the drain, liquor company is dead in the water because he own girl leaves him and the owner didn't believe in him, yet Vince held his shares so he is rich by default.
Drama with the hardest work ethic can't get a girl after being a hit show twice in his life, being brothers with a superstar and yet a midget and a weedhead make it. 
There's a lot of people in the industry that are talented... yet they're not Presidents of Record Labels...
You know this how? You've never met him or been around him. Ta Ta being Jay's best friend allows him to have opportunities people much smarter & more capable of don't because they don't have a HIGH PROFILE FRIEND. A&R's are pretty much extinct now because it doesn't take a rocket scientist to go to open mic's & sign talent found on the Internet.
Education doesn't make someone smart or dumber then the next person... it's plenty of broke nikkaz with degrees & plenty of rich nikkas that dropped out of school...
Most people get jobs through recommendations & relationships...
Managers get hired & fired all the time when they can't get their clients to the next level... you see managers/teams getting replaced left & right despite their credentials. Vincent Herbert manages Lady Gaga yet Da Internz with all of their Singles & Placements can't get a record on her. No different then The Stereotypes producing nearly 90% of Far East Movement's album yet The Cataracts got the Single... it's very Hit & Miss... doesn't matter how big or little you are...
Timbaland signed to Roc Nation... for no reason other then he & Jay are cool. He's Timbaland... he can get records off to anyone he wants... he doesn't need Roc Nation...
Again you're assuming Education means you can or can't do a job. Kanye runs a record label & has no prior education to do so... his high profile in the industry allows for him to justify having a record label. And of course he used Vince... it's called name dropping & leverage... it's how everyone gets work. Nobody cared about T-Minus & Boi1da until Drake hit... then they used Drake to get other people to work with them... that's how it works...
You're describing 90% of every A-List Producer/Director/Actor/Artist's friends who leech off of them because of their HIGH PROFILE. You hear over & over Artists/Actors who have gave their friends money for businesses or just for the fukk of it. Look at G-Unit... 50 has bailed them out of financial trouble over & over & over... there's waaaaaaay more "Turtles" in the business then there are Vinces, trust me...

Drama was not a hard worker... if anything he blew a lot of opportunities he had on the show for being such an emotional Drama Queen. He pretended to be humble until he finally caught a break with 5 Towns... & then his a$$hole side came out... just like 90% of all Artists/Producers/Actors/Songwriters...
Like I said... it's a LOT of people with no education & very little talent in the Entertainment Business that grind their way to the top...
The show is *EXTREMELY* accurate...
Someone please make some sense here, the show went through a weak period to where it finally ended..Now how many years later they are releasing a fukkin Film?

I agree except for two points..
I'm sorry but no matter how you try to write it. E being able or anywhere CLOSE to having the power to force Sloan's father out of his OWN company is bullshyt. He'd been working there how long? Less than a year? And ole boy is just gonna come to him like "We can do this!". Naw that shyt was forced as all hell. I can buy E as Vince's manager, I can buy E even getting put on multiple times through connections with Sloan and Vince, but having the power to force old dude out of his business was a dumb move, ESPECIALLY considering how they showed Ari failing to takeover his old bosses business even after he'd been working there for years and helped build that company up...
And Drama not being a hard-worker...Dude really DID put his grind in for years. He was emotional, a drama queen, and short-tempered, but Drama was the one going to auditions and being humiliated, taking any bit part he could in Vince's movies, dude did that so hopefully Vince wouldn't have to go through that
