This is pure propaganda. What do poor black neighborhoods need?
JOBS
They could have simply put a hotel there, but it's not really a tourist area, so to attract guests, come up with this bullshyt theme. The locals need the jobs, so they take them. If they don't take them, the Trumps can say, "Look at those lazy negros, who don't want to work. They're so ungrateful. The Trumps were nice enough to invest in their neighborhood."
White men get off on this. Be prepeared for "Southern" themed weddings complete with black staff, and cotton centerpieces. I also wouldn't be surprised if this became a hot spot for white men to bring black hookers, because their obsession with us is that deep.

) to bring a new brand of upscale hotel to the Delta. The venture isn't the first time the families' paths have crossed.
if you get to know a mix of folks from there, ya got 1000+ acre landowners with generational wealth, sprinkled in with people living on <20k a year household income... Trying to turn a soulful place that is the home to honest and downtrodden folks into a commodity to be tasted by ungrateful shytstains with guap...
