Arab dad gets to buy a house, pay off his kid's future college education costs or just start another business while the black man gets vastly overpriced shiny metal and rocks that will be sold for a tenth of the cost down the line if not snatched from his neck or taken from his safe by one or a couple of his " boys". Hint: if the store owner is taking a picture of you with a big smile on his face, you just got got. Why we never get ahead in the black community? We pass down our kids stories while other races pass down assets and business connects. "Boy, back in the day I had all the women and a big gold chain with diamonds all in it!"

Of course he have the right to do whatever he want with his money. It is just really stupid. The mentality is something that need to change in our community. Unfortunately their are people that are literally fighting to stay ignorant.

Don't care... it's his money:yeshrug:

He probably meet the same fate that the majority of the rap game faces that's on him though.

Rappers are dumb with money just fukking dumb.

Same shyt with Juelz Santana man could of bought up all of Harlem and flipped it now he is out here doing shows to stay a float because he spent x amount of K' s on jewelry.

200k cut that 20k piece can find 10 homes for 500k. Now is net worth is up by a cool 5m plus a least minimum a line of credit close to a million.

At least brothers in sports are starting to understand the value of money and wealth.

In the end ain't my money!

How could Juelz Santana.... who never even had a platinum album, buy up Harlem and then flip it?

y'all have this real strange view of the world were every rapper is supposed to be buying property, starting businesses and not spending money on cars, chains and anything that won't appreciate in value.

at some point, y'all have to realize that many of these dudes are only good at rapping... have tried doing other things, and are sticking to what they kno.

I really know that y'all don't know what y'all talking about...cause that's not how it works, that's not how any of it works.

I'm not saying he could've bought Harlem and flipped it like the others posters, that's a bit extreme. But judging by that video above he couldve at least owned his property and not been evicted like he was

He didn't pay his rent for 3 months, and probably would've kept not paying had they not taken legal action against him.

Even if he never bought any of them chains, watches or bracelets.... He probably wouldn't have paid his property tax, filed his taxes, did upkeep on his residence, pay HOA fees, or his mortgage.

Rappers don't really understand the consequences of not paying bills...until it's time to go to jail.

This is why lack of financial responsibility is rampant in our community because whenever you try to promote that we be financially responsible you get called a hater or pocket watcher
