People complain about never getting a Budokai 4, and we kinda did. This is the best budokai game...yes even better than 3 people. This is the SF3: Third Strike to Budokai 3. Bunch of proper fixes and more relevant characters instead of Uub and supreme Kai.
Second place is most definitely the Xenoverse series, dimps basically added all the best elements from budokai and turned it into a Tenkaichi style 3d game.
Third goes to a gem that sometimes goes unnoticed
The people behind Street Fighter 2 worked on this, so all of your super attacks have the basic hadouken/shoryuken inputs. GOAT soundtrack, the best music in any DBZ game I've ever heard.

xenoverse 2 is closing the gap but Budokai 3 no doubt
Gonna say Legacy of Goky: Buu's Wrath, Xenoverse 2, The OG Budokai (we were feening for DBZ back then an dhaving an american DBZ game was crazy at the time) and DB Legends (was the best of the OG import games for psx)
