Drop weight dramatically before the season where HGH protocols are finally active and claim low card diet brehs. :mjpls:
This is the 2nd time Lebron has SHRUNK...
few months after they caught Rashard Lewis for HGH Lebron was out there looking real lightweight for a few months...

To the people saying they don't care either way if bball players are juicing, care to explain why? Is it specific to basketball or just pro athletes in general?

Think I did this when i plateaued. :whew: got me losing like 10 pounds the next day.

doing keto is no joke...i done that twice in my life...i lost a crazy amount of weight within 3 weeks but you need carbs for energy and if you dont have enough your body will crash..its not good for long term and if youre not careful you can put the weight you lost even faster

If you're just really overweight, it's up to you. I broke myself completely down when I was like 192 of chunky weight. Cut down to like 148 from just running, weights and counting cals. DIdn't even fukk around with macros all that much. Built myself back up from scratch to about 205, now I'm in the midst of cutting again. I'm at like 188 right now.
How tall are you?

Lebatard gave a good assesment of it, it pretty much confirms that Lebron knows Love is coming and he's done in the post and is gonna be a wing attacker with Kyrie bringing the ball up and Kevin Love in the post

Lol Kevin love shoots 7 3's a game. What post game is he referring to

See, I don't understand calories and carbs, and what I'm supposed to/not supposed to consume daily. What is macros? I weigh 200 right now (5'10"). I've never in my life weighed 200. I mean I am really out of shape right now. I really really want to get rid of my stomach, and I don't know how. I hate being this ignorant.
macros=macronutrients...they are carbs...fats and proteins...based on an individuals genetic composition and activity level people tend to need less of one, (or two categories) and more of the other to reach their goals...

determining how many carbs to eat is a bytch and a half, because when you lift you want to ensure you don't lose the energy needed to perform

...if i'm not mistaken, (i'm probably just echoing some broscience bullshyt ahead so i'm sure a coli breh will correct as needed) your carbs are your body's preferred source for energy...they are stored in what's called glycogen stores...as you burn energy through moderate to strenuous activity...your body uses up your carbs...then once they're all about gone...it starts using your fat for energy resulting in weight loss. it seems ideal except for nikkas who lift...we don't want to deal with losing strength so we tend to have to find that sweet spot of getting enough carbs for lifting but not too much that we look fat while doing it...

as far as how this shyt is affecting you...there's a million and one places online that will ask for shyt like your age, activity level, height, weight, etc and they'll all give you conflicting numbers about what you need to eat, how much of it and why...you really have to figure out what diet will work for you...nonetheless the concept of weight loss is simple, burn more than you put in...i just suggest adding weight lifting to your regime as well :whoa:
