I'm 100% West African. While my hair is not "bone straight" it isn't "nappy" either. My hair took FOREVER to lock when I was in the process of growing locs. When I get my hair done now I'm constantly asked whether there was mixing in my family. Its ridiculous to me.

As far as Lupita vs. Elle, I think Elle is cute, a lil' awkward looking at times though. I suspect if you took away her big hair she wouldn't get as much attention.

Lupita has great features (sans her yellow eyes she needs to fix that) and a solid ass body. Her body is better than Elle's (who is a former fat girl in case you didn't know). I suppose her lack of titties is a negative too depending on how you look at it.

Honestly, I don't think long hair would suit Lupita well.
