Weight and height preferences are comparable,so I agree with you there.
Colorism however,is a socially,politically and historically different matter.

Colorism is a rather rigid nearly global system of social/class stratification.it goes beyond beauty privlege- law,wealth, power, really.
Weight and height are just markers of beauty privlege.
For example, in some places,dark skin binds you to a life of poverty.Weight and height do not.
Personally,I have weight and height preferences,and I'm okay with everyone's weight and height preferences ,but we shouldn't perpetuate colorism.that's something men and women both need to unlearn.
