We may have done something like this before, but @Zero and @Jello Biafra mentioned two horror classics they don’t like, so they’re the inspiration for this.

What classic movies or beloved flicks are you just not a fan of? Judgement free zone of course so this is the place for you to say you don’t like this thing everyone here or the world seems to adore.

I’ll start

Not a big fan of:

The original Fright Night (prefer the remake actually)
Requiem for a dream (feels way too on the nose)
Casino (lesser version of Goodfellas)
Pretty in Pink
Christine
The majority of the Friday the 13th series

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom

Annoying kid sidekick running around screaming like he needs medication, weak "love" interest that was also annoying, humor that wanted to be funny but again...was annoying. Only reason Indy even ended up in this mess is because he got on the wrong plane.

Awful movie.

I'd say half of Nolan's filmography but I wouldn't want to suggest that I support the idea of some of his boring trash movies being considered "classic".

Awful movie.

Temple of doom was panned in its time and filmdom is still torn on it so you’re not alone there.

And this isn’t a “dislike” but I prefer Hercules over most of Disney’s 90s shyt.

there is no classic Friday the 13th movie, just an iconic killer (& honestly Jason is just biting Myers & Noman Bates) and some notable kills

I respect Shawshank Redemption but I don't like it but mainly for the reason people put this film up there with all time greats...it shouldn't be
