I bought my first duplex the end of April. Found my 2nd one last month i hope to close on in 2017. From there i have my eye on 9 quadplexs that if all goes as plan and i can snap them up, will allow me to quit my job and finally be the entreprenikka i was always meant to be!

Be your own boss brehs, especially if you're black. This all started for me as i've gotten older and wiser and dealt with a job where i not only don't feel appreciated, but also makes me feel very expendable. Most of us outchere in jobs that's making some white families wealthy as fukk while we keep churning out black labor to the grave with nothing to show for it. A lot of us have it in us and we just gotta get to it...if you're reading this and you're not on that path yet do not dispair, just make that resolution for 2017 that it's time for you to start the steps, start down that path to being your own boss. #bossup

Got some reimbursement for some commercial work
