This is only a projection. Every player is different. Some players end up way better than their projection. Others end up way worse.

There's no proven science to tell you if a player will be good. But there's certainly proven metrics to tell you a player wont be good. Mauldin's 3 cone and explosion scores were bascially a do not draft red flag.

Prescott being good shouldnt be a surpirse to anyone who follows the math

Where were you telling saying that he should be a jet on this board? Why was he overlooked so much where he was 100 + + something pick in the draft? I hate the way folks like you come with this after-the-fact "I found numbers that help prove the point" points as if theres some numeric certainty tied to drafting a quarterback

They can play whoever. You guys thinking Petty is going to be any good is crazy though. Jets need to stop spending money, acquire picks and build through the draft. The enitr secondary was built through FA and they all suck ass. Revis has been one of the worst players in football for christs sakes. Gilchrist, Skrine...these guys all suck.
