Bryce Petty was a 4th round pick but Jet fans want to see what he can do instead of a QB they have on the roster that was picked in the 2nd round..

Because we watched the preseason.


Bryce petty was our best qb in the preseason. Hackenberg was by far our worst

I don't care about when a player was drafted.

The team isnt very talented. The two draft classes Maccagnan has brought in have done nothing and the secondary full of free agent signings have all stunk this year.

I've set from the get-go the free wheeling spending was going to be a problem. You dont overpay and you dont trade picks for players.

Because he's compounded it by terrible signings, zero understanding of comp picks or the cap and taking a QB in the second round that couldnt cut it in the Canadian league.

The actual format Idzik had in place was fine, the 2014 draft was a whiff(the class was also poor overall) and he should have drafted Carr...but again at least there was a plan. Geno actually hit the benchmarks of a potential starter...where Hackenberg was basically undraftaba
