I REALLY want the jets to take a look at Jordan Evans of OU. He's David Harris with pass coverage ability.

Btw, Jordan Jenkins is going to be a good player in the future for the Jets. I can't keep stressing that enough

If they draft Fournette :scust:

You dont draft a rb that high in today's NFL. Elliot was a unique situation we don't have a ready made to win team with one of the best oline ever

You can find a serviceable back anywhere in the draft

Take a Chubb or Kamara in the late rounds who will be solid starters. Wasting a high pick on one makes zero sense
Chubb is going back to school. I like Kamara so I'd be cool with him.

But neither are as good as Fournette or Cook. It makes sense if they're the best player available and you need talent at that position.

You can find a serviceable players at damn near any position aside from QB so stop it. Here, I could come up with mock drafts where I could talent at other positions in later rounds...

Round 1: Leonard Fournette/Darvin Cook
Round 2: Adoree Jackson
Round 3: Harold Landry
Round 5: Avery Gennessy

See how simple that was? I took an RB first while still find talent at other positions we need (CB, OLB, OT). I can mix and match all day.

If you don't think either guys are good find, but saying you're wasting a pick is stupid. You guys are just going off bullshyt rhetoric.

Fukk these mediocre qbs in this years draft. We need Sam Darnold!

If we start Petty or Hack next year we'll have a great shot at him :blessed:

But the Jets are gonna probably sign a stopgap veteran to go 6-10:scust:

He's a true freshman, so he has 2 more years at USC

The point is the rb position is devalued in today's NFL. You don't need a great one. In fact it's a detriment to have one that you're gonna have to eventually pay franchise money to in a hardcap league

When's the last hof rb in his prime to win a super bowl?

How many playoff games has Adrien Petersen won as good as he is?

Most teams that win Super Bowls the past 20 years have had a non descript back
