Judging by Bowles' comments after the KC game, they don't think any QB on the roster other than Fitz can do the job.

To bench Fitz and start Petty would be giving up on the season and they're not gonna give up on the season at 1-3. Truth be told, I don't even know if Petty's shoulder is even healed.
