This team is lifeless.

This team needs a rebuild. Get rid of fitz and every player that wanted him back. Get rid of this old ass core of people like Harris, Mangold, Revis etc that are doing nothing for us.

You know what kind of teams turnover coaches at that rate? Not good ones. This is the season he was supposed to have last year. I feel like that 10-6 has a lot of people gassed when we merely overachieved. We gotta go through those growing pains. That being said, Bowles does seem hardheaded and one of his peoples, (namely Chan since he has head coaching experience) needs to holla at him on the side about his management.

I'm usually for keeping coaches longer but being stubborn is not a good quality for a coach. It's not something that can be unlearned.

Coaches need to be fluid and willing to adapt. Bowles hasn't shown that ability once.

The team looks lost. Nothings working. It is really troubling how passive and non chalant the team is looking especially since that's exactly how he is. He has no fire or passion and it's rubbing off on the players.

I wouldn't HATE if we kept Bowles for one more season as long as the defense co-ordinator is fired and someone with experience is brought in and fit is also gone.

At the very least fitz and kacy rodgers have to be gone

Getting beat at Pittsburgh isn't surprising. The challenges, terrible timeouts, punting for no reason...these things are alarming. The couldn't even down a punt properly.

Was getting a bad feeling when he kicked that extra point in Buffalo to go up 13. He just seems totally lost.
