Humans have sex, in fact for the majority of our history 16 was not too young. So yes she made a bad decision and is now pregnant following her natural urges. Why force her to live with that decision when she doesn’t have to? Because some people believe that a clump of cells has rights?

Its legal under Florida's own laws, the courts are just being dikkheads about it since she has no parents.

I'm wondering the same thing. People are actually getting in their feelings cause I suggested asserting sexual discipline which would protect a 16 year old, not only from physical issues, but also emotional and spiritual issues. But people just wanna keep their license to have frivolous sex, damn the age or consequences.
