Brotherhood definitely. The first FMA was good, but then Brotherhood showed us just how much better the source material was.

Brotherhood is the best anime I've ever seen. It legitimately has a beginning and end, with no filler, something most anime barely have. I didn't like a anime could end and leave me completely satisfied. I was almost angry I had nothing to complain about.
