I rewatched the scene did you, the last thing he did was rip the skin of greyjoys finger after saying "I won't cut your finger if you guess who I am correctly" he never says he's lying about his name at all. I'm not saying anyone is misinterpreting it but to come in here and say "he's not karstarks son" is a bit of a spoiler cuz that means you know who it is...because as you said, he could have lied about anything the only definitive thing is that the torture will continue.

because that's not how I interpreted the line "i'm lying". Especially, since he asked Theon if he saw the banners when they entered (knowing Theon is a bit of a liar too).

It gave all the indication that Theon kinda knew who the kid was (since he may have seen the Banners and he knows they are still in the North).

Anyway, not going to argue about it anymore, if yall telling me it's not Karkstark son then obviously you're right and I'm wrong; hell how would I know I only watch the show.
