Since HBO deviates from the source material here I don't think we can count what Benedicto said as spoiler. It's not fair since even some book readers are divided on the issue on whether Dany is barren or not.

my bad...interestingly enough just by watching the show itself that was my take away from the scene

The TV show leaves it open to interpretation whether the shyt that the witch was spouting was even true or not. People who have read the book have said that the witch could have very well been talking out of spite.
