I'd rather not make any assumptions, all I saw was a disgusting video of elder abuse. There is no valid "reason" to do what he did outside of self defense, which it clearly wasn't.
But if we're gonna play the assumption game I could just as easily assume he's schizophrenic and reacting to command auditory hallucinations, all internal stimuli, and that this woman did nothing to warrant this.
