[Billy Ocean]

I really like the whole intimate, jazzy vibe of this album. Ghost brings it as usual. No extra-ordinary Top tier Ghost verses but he brings it. And the instrumentals that BADBADNOTGOOD supplies is peaceful, nothing boombastic, yet beautiful. My only gripe with this album is that it's too short. Only about 30 minutes and Ghost doesn't have enough verses. Three of the tracks are just instrumentals andmost only has one short Ghost verse.

I really liked Ghost's last 2 albums but I like this one better. I think because he's not telling any cohesive story so he's not as restrained. You can tell it's not Ghost at his peak but Ghost even on cruise control still brings it. This album is just way to short and virtually ALL the songs has one short Ghost verse.

Yeah when you consider three of the tracks are instrumentals, it's hella short.

They're really good. Check them out. And Frank Dukes has kinda been in the limelight recently because he's been working with some very notable artists. He just won a Grammy for his work on Eminem's new album.

This is what Hip Hop's about to me, at it's best, touching you in this kind of way. I'm feeling the lyrical ability, the abstract yet content filled bars, righteousness, jewels he's dropping, delivery, everything.

This is a very pleasant surprise.

Really nice, will be playing this a lot.
