I did it before but only as fitness

I got gloves, wraps, and the shoes

I really thought about doing BJJ because I’m on the west coast and I would love to know how to wrap nikkas up and get out of it

But I already started boxing and I wanna do it for 2.5 years to 3 so I can develop sturdiness

I ran down the block and back yesterday past 2 lights

keep on doing it. I want to get back into training but im lazy as fukk to wake up for runs so if I dont get my stamina in check then there's no point of me going to train cause i wont last.

How does doing the punching bag and pads get me ready for sparring?

I know I’m not ready yet but I’m just wondering

Also how long before I stop feeling tired

I been running but I still feel wiped after the warmup

I been running but I still feel wiped after the warmup
you learn to formulate a technique with them and some basic defensive moves with the drills
also you improve your stamina step by step although my experience is that after the first few trainings it increases big time. But maybe it's different per person and I used to go to gym and swimming (not competitive) before so I didn't start it totally unfit.
