maybe but just as likely not, they dont usually work for companies

it's like a low level crew of wiseguys that are affiliated but not made. a lot of them are from that area themselves, shyt a lot of them are probably indigenous ethnically, but not so much culturally

obviously the white-controlled western/global system of capitalism and land development is ultimately to blame here, but to really see this for what it is you gotta get down to the local level

These "uncontacted" tribes are usually extremely susceptible to contracting diseases from "outsiders" that wipe out a substantial portion of their tribe. So it kind of makes sense that they attack the "outsiders". They don't know what actually causes disease. For all they know it's a magic spell put on them by the "outsiders".
