People voted for Hillary in an attempt to prove racism isn't an issue. You think if shes elected these white supremacists wouldn't still have gatherings? The difference now is that they are celebrating instead of preaching fire and brimstone messages about black people. Just like if Hillary was elected, the racism would still be there, but it would just be ignored.

Edit: And I know policy is a big deal, but like other posters I believe when push comes to shove the people will fight back before actual segregation or mass deportations.

Hold up here.

I didn't blame black people for ANYTHING in this election. :what:
Stop this bullshyt.
From another thread:

My point in this thread (in a subsequent post to the one you quoted) is that while the gripes many have shared are legitimate, this election was unlike any other.

You're calling us out by asking us how trump and Hillary are the same. It almost is the same for us because both of them refuse to address issues specific to us. They both made it clear that they weren't going to do anything to help us. We saw this during the debates. Not to mention Hillary has been part of legislation and groups that have had a negative impact on the black community. Trump has as well except he was never an actual politician. No matter who was in office, they would ignore pressing black issues like murders. The only difference is trump has further emboldened racists. I say further because they were already emboldened under President Obama. We were already feeling and have beenfeeling the effects of racism. My main point is this anger and questioning should be directed not at black people, not even Hispanics or Asians, not disillusioned black people who sat out, but at the white people who voted for trump. And maybe the whites who sat out, especially since they had the most to loose.

It's draining how much most people keep deflecting the blame. Why is everyone ignoring that the reason we now have a racist president is because most of America has shown they share his views by voting for him? And not only did they vote for a racist for president but gave him absolute power by voting for republican congress members who now will have the majority. Everyone forgets that part.

I'm calling out a certain small group of people in TLR.

Not "black people".

Again from Page 7 of this thread:

Specifically white women put Trump in office.
But the trolling aspect about "Hillary supposedly being worse" is a jab at a certain vocal minority in TLR who insisted that she was worse, or at best, the same. And for all her faults (and she's got many), they do not compare to the jagaloon we have waiting to head the White House.

Still waiting on that coli explanation how Hillary was worse.

Nobody said she was worse, but people didn't see how she'd be better.

She and Bill supported a system that targeted blacks, thew us in jail, and gave us much harsher sentences than whites received for the same crimes.

That's an actual tangible thing, not a bunch of shouting and noise making. When Trump does worse then that, then you have your point. Until then, a bunch of noise isn't the same as actually implementing a system that fukks us over worse, which Bill and Hillary both supported.

I'm still waiting on somebody to explain what has happened to black people in the U.S. that cant/wont happen under Trump.

Some of y'all cats act like these WS groups didn't exist when Obama was president
