I didn't imply they were good, but decent enough. Matt Ryan is still not a leader still makes dumb mistakes and The Falcons will not win a super bowl with him. Dude has been given a dream offense and can't do anything with it

Ryan not much a play caller. I think he just goes out there does what he is told. I think we should get rid of the coaches first before we throw away matt. I agree he's getting paid way too much, but he is working under alot of idiots.

Our line was never "decent enough" I can barely recall when we last had a line period

Let's see, Eli was also under a top 5 defense. You do understand that the falcons have THE worst defense in the nfl, and for the last 3-4 years we've been in the bottom 10.

And we would have went to the super bowl a couple of years back had our defense did anything. Has nothing to do with Matt ryan. He didn't fukk those games up. If anything, he left that trash as defense alot of playing room at the half.


The falcons had a top 5 offensive (ran by Matt ryan) 3 years ago. He did his job....the defense IS/was to blame.
(Look at that packers game for example: we stopped green bay mabe twice the whole with the help of penalties and Matt ryan still kept us in there)
and please don't say we have a dream offense (a couple of wide recievers dosent make a dream offense dude. Our running game has pretty much be non exsistint since mike vick) now because Up until 2 weeks ago, all we did was run Stephen Jackson for -1 yds and WR screen to whoever.... only reason we are seeing changes now is because falconation been asking for Mike Smiths job. You can hate Matt Ryan all you want, but he's a good QB. Not great, but give him and defense and I believe he can take us to the SB and win it.

We have had a bad defense mike smiths entire tenure, you know why? Matt Ryan needs his weapons so he can fraud it up. "We could have went to the super bowl" you're right but the offense did not score 1 single point the 2nd half. When I said dream offense i was referring to the past. Matt had Tony G, Mike Turner, Roddy White And Julio Jones and still couldn't get it done.

Matt and the offense didn't score any points against the Giants, Matt and the offense checked out before half time against the Packers in the Playoffs blew a major lead against the Seahawks because they barely scored in the 2nd half. The defense sucks you're right but who kept getting turnovers just so the offense could keep going 3 and out against the Browns? Till finally they just broke? And there are alot more examples.

Doug Baldwin is the #1 receiver on the Seahawks but 65th in the league the offensive line is terrible, Marshawn Lynch is the consistant offensive threat on that team, yet Russel Wilson is swimming in playoff succsess and a superbowl win in his 2nd year. But I digress,at one point you were probably defending Smith as well and just like Smith you will arrive at the same conclusion as Ryan
