Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Because they were trying to WIN.

Are you idiots this slow? The reason people were angry with what Philly did wasn't that they were losing. But rather they were TRYING to lose to gain high draft picks.

All those other pathetic franchise you want to point to like the Timberwolves and Kings who have been perpetually in the lottery for the last 10-15 years were actually trying to win during those periods. They were just bad at it. Really bad. Which is why they were in the lottery every single year for the last decade plus.
Well then be mad motherfukkers :mjlol:

Let me get this straight. Y'all TRYING your damn hardest to win and you bad for 10 damn years straight.

But we try to win, realize the shyt ain't working, and still not have worse records than y'all, and be back to respectable in 4 years time?

Sorry to hear about your luck :yeshrug:

You in the same situation. You had the same picks. You had the so called "good" GMs who knew the league and talked to agents and scouted talent and got the picks who could play now and.......

They didn't do shyt. But they tried. So they should get some sort of credit for that? Meanwhile we picked players who 1 was injured (embiid), 1 who wasn't great (okafor) 1 was ready but overseas (saric), and another got injured before he could play (Simmons).

We didn't pick shytty players. We didn't pick people who we thought would lose. We didn't think embiid would be injured 2.5 years and Simmons year 1. We got lucky on those points cause it helped us suck and get fultz. But hey. We should have just been the lakers and tried to win our way into the lottery every year like they did :hhh:

Don't throw that shade at us. Throw it at them clowns in yall's front offices that y'all say knows the game.. :mjlol:
