Why would you throw in Thugga who sells like 20k with Drake and Kanye? Specially Kanye who has more classics than your favorite rapper and is a highly respected producer by just about everyone. Outkast are pioneers from Thugga city and just headlined like 20 tours a over the world with 5 times more people that his album 2 years ago.

Also I don't know how your mind works if you are saying that the people that are hottest right now are the ones that will be remembered. Why not the people that are hottest in 40 years? This is not a 2 week Olympic game, in 100 years the Hiphop Wikipedia will certainly mention Rakim.
