if you want them to watch black conscious lessons then there has to be something in it for them. What are they getting out of it? If all they're getting out of it is good feelings and the right to use #woke on twitter then most of them are just going to see it as a huge waste of time.
Maybe they're not interested in black consciousness, and if they're not interested in it then just leave it alone, you cant force someone to be interested in something.

start explaining things outside of being 'conscious' to gain trust and become their go to person for advice and knowledge. After that they'll be real open to hear anything have to say or will show them.
The lil homies have short attention spans, so it would be better to drop gems on em in the course of everyday life, they'll be receptive if it makes since and doesn't sound like hate or bitterness.
Keep it positive and upbeat if possible.
