How do you people fall asleep? Need help ASAP

I have issues sleeping. I wake up every 3-4 hours.

I'm in bed around 8:30, I wake up around midnight, then around 1:30-2, then at 3:30am.

Tried powdered and pill form of melatonin... dont work.:francis:

Sounds like you need a good workout routine to get rid of that baby fat. And maybe you should go to the docs to get a tube down your peehole so they can see how badly you have damaged yourself from not drinking enough water. If you did drink enough water your fat ass wouldnt be grabbing twinkies at midnight :francis:

Assuming you under 60 years old you shouldn’t be having prostate issues and pissing all night. May want to see a doctor.
I normally drink alot of water before bed & might wake up twice to pee
