here in dallas during the 80's , WCCW and the von erichs is all i saw.
WWF was a distant second.

You're probably semi- trolling but for real, I never got into WCW/NWA as a kid because I just couldn't relate to out of shape blonde mullet southern wrestlers with the same black vest and cowboy hats....seemed like a lot of those in nwa territories ....Bischoff was absolutely on point by trying to distance himself from that

In Baltimore yes, especially Flair, cause of cats like that I remember WCW shows continued to do well there, well except when Nitro and Thunder were taping the same night not many people stayed for Thunder I did because I got to be in the front row do to empty seats lol
