Second, name a comedy that Will did and was funny that wasnt Bad Boys cause every scene that was funny was Martin or involved Martin. You called Will Smith the BEST ALL AROUND ACTOR of them all and that alone shows me you dont have the chops to be in this discussion. Don Cheadle is one of the best actors and likely holds the mantle of the having the widest range and all around skillset. Theres others that can be argued but we not talking about others. We're talking about Will Smith and he's not in the conversation. Not nearly. Hes the most marketable and even thats waning.

Honestly I think Denzel would be great in comedy he has some scenes in his movies where he's being serious but he's funny as shyt like that scene in American Gangster where he threw huey's glasses in the ice bucket. Take the GOTDAMN sunglasses off simple simon ass muthafukkas. That can translate well into comedy.

This is close honestly. Jamie's method acting is superb. He hasn't had the diversity of drama roles that Will has...outside of biopics. Will does drama better, it could be bias from not being inherently comedic...he's funny; but Jamie is silly...naturally funny. These dudes have talent and it's too close to say for sure...but I will go with Smith. To be as big as they are....they have earned the praise with actual talent. Undeniable Black Excellence either way.
