Generally speaking, men from my generation (24-29) lack self-esteem and ambition...which is why a lot of ain't-shyt women have managed to get themselves elevated onto a pedestal without doing anything to deserve it.

First, that's disgusting.

Second, although I do believe in levels, I also believe it's possible to date women above your level in terms of looks. Women value men for more than just how they look, so if you are what she's looking for then cool.

However, if you solely approach women that are in the 8-9-10 range in terms of looks, and you don't have a lot going for yourself, that can be a recipe for disaster.
