Butler already told Philly he is declining option, he then would tell them they should trade him so they don't lose him for nothing (exactly what Chris Paul did to Clippers) Rockets would extend Gordon and find some salary filler to match incoming levels.

Nope. They already got to a couple of the other streaming subs in the last few months
Basically there are 3 scenarios available:
- he signs for the MLE (lol)
- we sign him to a max after we open up enough cap space by moving for little to no incoming salary Chris Paul and Capela or Gordon
- Sixers agree to trade him here to get something back (Gordon i guess) instead of losing him for nothing in free agency
