What the hell is Sacramento doing, they were going along just fine but couldn't contain themselves, got some cap space and blew that shyt on a PS4 and a new iPhone

What's wrong with what Sacramento is doing? They're not getting big names. I'm fine with bringing back Barnes and adding Dedmon. Everything rests on the development of Fox and Bagley and Hield and Giles to a lesser degree. What were they supposed to do?
