If Kawhi joined the Clippers right now as currently constructed the Clippers would win the title.

No they wouldn’t.....

I think these players think they can win a chip wherever they go.

The same could have been said for Toronto, especially after playing only 9 games the season before.

But LeBron went west and Raptors been close for years. Everything went their way and Kawhi took them over the top. Can’t play with the odds game out West that you’ll recreate that with the clips. And again, his off court money is larger with the Lakers than the clips. And NB is associated with the Lakers. I can go on all night...

I don't think they'd be as good as this years Raptors but in this hypothetical scenario, who would be better than them? a 48-win team bringing in the best player in the league.
