After reading a report on reddit about branding marketing opportunites in the LA market with Clippers vs Lakers i just dont believe theyre the favorite...Uncle Dennis wants off court marketing deals and the Clippers are MLS status in that market...

So basically because they had a lucky two games over a Warriors team that clearly wasn’t in sync this year they some juggernaut? Clippers role players aren’t on the Raptors level, not to mention their depth. Plus Kawhi would be hustlin backwards to sign with LA’s b team under the shadow of LeBron and AD and the biggest brand in the sport. Same brand that’s plugged in with New Balance no less.

When their whole organization gets ethered after signing no big names ima die laughing. Their fans deserve better than this lobbyist ass shyt they on. Clippers aren’t the defending champs and representing a whole country, nor are they the GOAT franchise Boss Angeles Lakers with all the plugs to off court dollars.

Lmao, you talkin bout scrappy vibes when he’d literally be passing up millions not to mention he’d wear himself down much quicker having to carry a “likeable scrappy team” like the clippers.

Meanwhile, the Lakers give him the most endorsement opportunities, the Lakers give his brand the biggest boost other than NY or all of Canada, the Lakers with two other superstars would have the perfect situation for load management, championship runs, and longevity with sustained winning. Oh, and if Kawhi was concerned with being liked he would’ve never left San Antonio. Remember, when all this shyt began it was some ADish shyt. He wanted to be traded from the spurs to the Lakers, even after LeBron signed. Now he has the opportunity of a lifetime. Clips can’t replicate. That’s a blip on the map in NBA history, signing with the Lakers with Bron/AD and being the lead scorer is on some legendary shyt.
