It's rooted in the fact that Black people collectively don't really despise cacs like they should. Primarily because they suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.

Because if you know what they've done to your race for centuries and how they still seek to ruin and obstruct Black progress and you still want to be around them by sending your kids to their schools, move into their neighborhoods, and marry and have kids with them then you fundamentally hate your blackness.

And there's a reason why Claud Anderson is ignored, Khalid, Garvey, Malcolm were listened to and then promptly ignored. Black people really don't care about working together to accomplish anything because they don't like themselves.
