I'm in the market for a new car...anybody have any recommendations?

I haven't bought a vehicle since 2010, so I'm kind of out of the loop.


My preferences -

-Don't want to spend more than 20k and would prefer not to go over 15k. New or used is fine, though I'd prefer something at least from the last couple years.

-Looking for something decent on gas, looks clean, and that's low maintenance/reliable. Not trying to be at the shop every month. A hybrid would be cool if affordable.

-Leaning slightly toward a car (probably a coupe or something midsized) but a truck isn't out of the question.



Anybody care to recommend anything? Was thinking maybe something like a black Civic (I've had good experiences with Honda Civics).

I've seen variations of the 2014 Honda Accord for the $14-16,000 range all with less than 15,000 miles on them up here. Those will easily last past 200,000 miles too.

My first car was a 93' Accord Coupe, had 290k on it when the timing belt broke and alternator gave out..it was free and last me five months so I can't complain

You may want to consider a 2015 Honda Accord Coup V6 you can get one with leather and heated seats for under 20k hell maybe even Navi if you don't mind some miles. Or you could cop a 2013-2014 Nissan Maxima, great value.
