No,they don't need hugs or role models at age twenty-five.The conditioning process has been completed by this time. Whats needed is to focus on the young generation while at the same time confronting the gangsters you speak of.
The police can't fix or solve this internal problem therefore it will have to be dealt with by black men who don't consider themselves gangsters.
If you're serious about this I would encourage you to begin networking with other black ppl in your city to form a counter army of fearless men who will confront and aggressively deal with the gangsters you're talking about.
Understand that all black men are not the same and the particular individuals that you're talking about don't respect nothing but aggressive brute force. In other words you have to damn near kill them before they start to take you serious.
Anything short of aggressive, hands on physical force will not work with the type of people you're talking about. When they know an army of black men are against them, I'm sure they will change.
We can do it my way or let the police do it which is taking far too long.
