Is Dave East Really A Dope Mc?

People love the narrative of an artist more than they love the artist. And doesn't have enough of a narrative

but technically he's got the juice. I've d'led his shyt but i haven't listened to it enough to really speak

He needs consistency, he has had glimpses of greatness and he's technically better than 90% of cats his age. But a lot of the time his actual songs lack a lil something...

It might be his production because he tends to kill it on classic instrumentals
