You can't have extremely low body fat like that while having that much muscle. It's not possible.

You can, it just takes a ridiculous level of training and genetics. Most likely he's juicing though, especially with his stats, he's leaner than me and I weight 30 or so lbs less. It just don't make sense.

Lol....if you think those NFL guys are not on gear because they look softer. It's dumb to compare them to bodybuilder who are using 3x more drugs
Example
Nfl player may use just 300 mgs of test, some gh, and may be some tren.

A pro bodybuilder will use 1000mg test, 500 mg tren, and in some winni, some anavar with with 20 iu' s of gh per day so yes, bodybuilder will look extreme compared to NFL player, doesn't mean there not on gear

Op....to answer your question, it depends on his genetics, some guys are naturally super shredded.
My cousin is 38 has always had abs like those in the pics, rarely ever trains, and when he does he gains easily but due to his super fast metabolism he loses it just as fast
There called ectomorphs.......

If your meso or mesomorph you going to have to take some gear to get that 5-7% body fat look you see in pics.


Mesomorph can sustain there muscle and gain it fairly easy but have to do cardio and diet.
Endomorph have the hardest time dieting down to low % to see and.

So it depends on your genetics
And most of those guys are on gear.

Usually you can't gain muscle past 40 not 35
After 26 it's your test levesl that drop slowly each year after that.


All this is scientific, of course there are exception to the rule
