I know Milwaukee is only 90 miles from Chicago. Philly is about 90 miles from New York . Does Milwaukee have the same relationship with Chicago that Philadelphia has with New York? Always being overshadowed in sports and overall culture?

Milwaukee doesn't have enough of its own unique culture to compare to Chicago. Detroit is like the Philly to NY. Its got a close connection to Chicago as well it does geographically yet it has its own culture and character to stand on its own.

I always heard Detroit is like 6 or 7 hours from Chicago though. That's like going from New York all the way to Virginia.
