For sure...he did a lot of smart shyt on that record... especially the racial identity bits... whether people will admit to it, a great portion of Drake hate is based on people's feelings on his racial identity... i cant speak for the dude obviously but i would be surprised if 40 gave a fukk about this at all. hes prob like " whatever, its a dis song" lowkey people like him usually dont take shyt personal at all. dude is an artist who just wants to tinker with vintage gear and make beats. the dude has MS , hes had to endure a lot worse than a couple lines on a dis track that'll be forgotten about in a month (that has more to do with the never ending content cycle and people's attention spans, not the quality of the track itself)
