IT i need your help on this desktop

i have this desktop hp all in one

but wifi doesn't work

i tried to download pilot but nothing

shuld i re download Windows 10

Quick fix buy a wifi card USB on best buy or amazon, I doubt reinstalling my windows will fix this, if troubleshooting didn't work you can try install or reinstall drivers

if it has an ethernet port, plug in and go to device manager > network adapters > nameofwificard > right-click and select update driver.

if push comes to shove, that particular all-in-one has a wireless card that's pretty easy to replace.

Try a full reinstall of windows. I had a similar issue with an HP all in one.

but that was some good advice earlier about just using an external wifi if you’re in a bind

With HP 9/10 it’s a driver, but it’s hell finding it

I'm betting the network card is bad.

Open device manager by doing a right-click on the Windows button.

Please check if the wireless adapter is enabled in device manager (check if there are any errors)

Open network and sharing center by doing right-click on the network icon the taskbar.

On the network and sharing center screen, select the option on the left - change adapter settings.

This would display the network adapters on the computer.

Right-click on the wireless adapter and check if it is enabled and try to connect to your network.
