We do have regulations. Like the FDA so I cant sell you whateva and it be buyer beware with your food. Health code standards have to be met in USA for food businesses.

The USA funds all the research and developments with private money. Plus you don’t have to wait for mri and you get private rooms unlike Canada. These socialist countries don’t do anything in the medical field and rely on the USA.

America is good for "healthcare" if you wanted to be catered to like a celeb or a saudi prince. normal people dont rush here for healthcare, theres no need to and they dont want to be charged through the nose for the same care. Theres a marxist prof I think Richard Wolf? He basically breaks it down that bottom line capitalism is just a newer version of slavery or feudalism. Cause you still have employer and employee and no matter what as a worker you are always ripped off. cause nobody will pay you what you actually produce cause then there isnt a surplus, so in essence you are always getting screwed by a capitalist if youre a worker. It make sense too. look at why they even stopped paying american workers and started outsourcing everything, look at the automation, capitalists would go back to slavery in a heartbeat if they could. look at the black men mostly but all the prisoners they use and pay nothing, pennies on the hour. If we had gone into the TPP i beleive Malyasia wouldve been one of the countries in the trade deal and they still have slavery, we prob wouldve outsourced jobs to slaves.
