What's the political aspirations of the local da?
How racist is the judge prosecutor and jury?
What color is the accused? What color is the victim.

just off the top of my head im thinking of Marissa Alexander in florida who got 20 years for firing a warning shot in the house with her husband.
she didnt hit him or anyone else.
a quick google will show you people who killed/ shot burglers criminals and did not get off, who did get charged- up to and including attempted murder.


you trust the justice system to treat you fairly far more than i do.
and im in texas so i feel pretty good about shooting someone who threatens my home.

If you just a normal, law abiding citizen, getting a gun is never an issue. I've bought guns straight off of walk-ins to stores, and I've also got them shipped from online vendors before... Again, what are y'all talking about??? On top of that, I live in fukkin Pittsburgh, PA , so if a nikka was gonna have trouble buying a gun it would definitely be in this city

See what y'all don't realize with this type of situation, this ain't the first time that nikka robbed somebody. Don't nobody just wake up one day and just start robbin people. 99 times out of 100 they have a history of bullshyt so if you kill em chances are you get off

And if the person doesn't have a a history of robbing people and no experience then it's gonna be a sloppy job on their end so if you kill em you still get a good chance of gettin off

I'm in Michigan, so yea I'm pretty confident in these type things,only place that would be iffy is Florida and New York.

I mean when they rob you do they have a gun,if so that plays into your/our favor even more, why do you think people who do armed robberies get the same time if not more time as murderers?
