I never naw Diaz in trouble so I disagree. I don't score knockdowns in MMA like I do in boxing cause the rules are different.

As I saw it. It was a toss-up. All the judges gave it to McG, though. But that doesn't mean it wasn't a toss-up to them as well.

And as another poster said, Diaz had a 10-8 round in the third. The fight was either a draw of a McG win imo. But it was close.

I think its mental. I get the feeling he could have fought Eddie Alvarez for 20rnds and wouldnt gas. Because he was completely comfortable and knew he could dominate him. I think he gasses when he panics.

It might be now that I think about it. If a fight goes three, he seems flustered he didn't get the job done by then, so maybe he gasses himself. That's crazy to see, because dude is a fukking hard worker, you'd think his cardio would be one of his main focuses to work on

They say he doesn't run either. He may or may not have an acl in 1 knee. So I guess his way preserving hos knee is to not run amd fimd other forms of cardio like the pool and biking.
