has he committed some act that would force him to resign or the board to fire him?
how exactly is he finished?
hes still a multi millionaire so anything short of jail or deportation cant hold a candle to being "finished"

Think about this. . . This could well be a CRIMINAL case here against Dimon, BUT instead of charges being filed. . . We get an article about it. The author likely got this information from law enforcement, and ofcourse sources won't be revealed. . . But in the article it says that it's unlikely Sessions' Justice Department would persue such a case.

It's an article filled with insults, but treats justice so light-heartedly.

Another issue that always bothers me with this type of fraud is that people forget that Dimon is just a worker. . . An extrememly high-paid worker, but still he works for shareholders. He meets with people atleast quarterly and has to answer for his actions and is given directions. The real jobs of these CEOs are to be gatekeepers. They are high priced human body sheilds.
