He didn't live upto his potential not because his mental health naturally deteriorated it's because he was taking Class A drugs for the better part of almost 2 decades since he signed with Killa.
I remember Cam'ron alluded to Juelz coke and prescription drug habits when he and Juelz were having their riff a couple years back. Essentially, when he was out there with Lil' Wayne and Cash Money Records he was spiraling outta control taking every drug under the Sun with them. I think that's why Jimmy and Cam distanced themselves from him for a while until they reunited.
Juelz Juelzed his own brain with drugs. The only person to blame is himself and his dentist because he doesn't love him to let him walk outside like that.
