To me he’s Top 3 in New Orleans and he’s not number 3

He rapping fell off after Reality Check

But still top 10 southern rappers of all time

I don’t know about southern top 10 but I’m not going to argue against it.

Def a legend though, there’s a story there concerning his debut single, album and the group that he was at the helm of. Gotta mention him.

I think Juvie's impact gets downplayed because Wayne passed him up and had the rap game in a chokehold commercially. People forget Juvie was top dawg over at Cash Money for years, and to be honest B.G. was second in command around that time.

He's in my top 20 out the south.

Birdman is the homie but, Juvie opened the door for Cash Money and would not be where he is today without him. He planted the seed and got Cash money buzzing commercially.

Would go to NY from 98-01 for business trips, complete shock to hear Juvie, let alone any Southern artist at that time get play out there. Juvie was doing something right, had Jay-Z on the "Ha" remix.

Juvenile come 2nd to very few when it comes to hooks in hip-hop. Always mindboggling to me how Back that Azz up blew up as worldwide club record because it was never written to be one.

Juvenile a legend imo.
I guess NY really did love Juvie. :ehh:

Whole audience was going crazy :wow:

Frankie Beverly of hip hop. Maybe not the biggest ‘star’ but timeless (if somewhat limited) catalogue, solid fan base, super well respected.

The extra songs are new! But they sound dope AF I would cop a hard copy of a new Juvy album produced by Mannie if it was this quality for real

My Life My God
In my opinion

His impact overall will be minimized based off cash money falling apart to early

However in the south i think his legacy is good,, but he will still get overshadowed by the outkast, wayne, ugk, Scarface,
